He has provided legal support to commercial and operational areas with respect to legal strategies, legal opinions, regulatory matters, alliances and joint ventures and negotiation processes. He has managed a portfolio of projects in different industries and along the value chain.

He has served as administrator in different projects, and participated as co-counsel in different litigations and arbitrations; he has also been a member of different committees, boards of directors and decision-making groups of projects and initiatives.
